Well I'm not exactly a regular poster on the sugar ____ pages but I just thought I'd see how everyone was going with their resolutions?
I started 2007 weighing in at 118.5kg... Weigh in today 11.02.2007 had me at 110.5kg... not too shabby but tonnes more to lose!
Anyone else still hanging on in there with the resolutions?
My friend Dear Sugar has a poll on resolutions for you all to take.
Hope all is going well. I am managing to eat something green every day - it might only be lettuce on a hamburger, but it is green.
Just wanted to check in and see how the resolutions are going. I have indeed flossed that last three days, I have a dentist appointment in the near future which helps remind me to stay on track. My salad in a box went bad so I had nothing greet to eat today, but I did have pluots and oranges after dinner with my girls. While not quite green at least they are not meat or bread.
Good luck to you all.
There are plenty of things I should probably try to do better in the New Year, but in 2007 I'm keeping my resolution simple: I want to get to bed earlier, so I can wake up a bit earlier and not be so damn rushed every morning.
Ok here we go again.
Two years ago I lost two stones. I've since put it all back on.
I actually have about 8 stones to lose.
So my new years resolution is blindingly obvious- lose weight and keep it off.
I want to be able to walk around without getting hot/sticky and out of breath. To go into stores and buy clothes off the rack that'll fit me just because they will.
I want to look good!
1) Try a new restaurant at least every other week, 2) Finally get around to organizing the garage and 3) Go to the gym to work off all the yummy food I'm trying out for you guys!
1) Work Out
2) Keep in better touch with friends
3) Cook at Home more
4) Eat better
I will stick to only eating foods that are low in calories, low in sodium, low in sugar, low in saturated and trans fat and low in cholesterol. I will eat lots of fresh or frozen vegetables. I will stick to chicken, natural peanut butter, and beans for protein.
1. Exercise at least 3 times a week
2. Cook more at home and stop ordering take out
3. Spend more time with family
I am going to go to bed earlier and make working out a part of my daily life. I have alrady changed my eating habits to facilitate a healthier lifestyle and weight, but need to work out to acheive it.
Also resolve to clean daily instead of a rush on the weekend and not eat out as often.
